This website exists to make GEPCO electricity bills easier to access, understand, and manage. Many consumers struggle to find their online bill, locate the correct reference number, or understand what the figures on their bill mean. Our goal is to remove that confusion by providing clear tools and plain-language guidance in one place.
We are not a power company. We do not issue bills, accept payments, or change any official records. We help people reach the correct official systems and understand what they are seeing when they get there.
What We Actually Do
This website provides three types of support.
First, we provide direct access tools that help you reach the official GEPCO and PITC bill portals quickly. Our bill checker tools do not fetch or store your bill. They simply take you to the government system where your bill is hosted.
Second, we publish clear guides about GEPCO billing. This includes how to read a bill, how charges are calculated, what peak and off-peak hours mean, how fuel price adjustment works, and what to do if your bill looks wrong.
Third, we explain how GEPCO services work. This covers topics like duplicate bills, previous month records, new connections, net metering, complaint registration, and the Power Smart mobile app.
Everything we publish is written to help a real consumer solve a real problem.
How Bill Access Works
GEPCO bills are stored in the official PITC database used by all Pakistani distribution companies. This website does not host or copy those bills.
When you enter a reference number on our site, you are redirected to the official GEPCO or PITC portal in a new tab. You enter your number there and view your bill directly from the government system. We never receive or store your bill data.
This design keeps your information in the official system where it belongs.
Old Bills and Bill History
GEPCO does not allow unlimited downloads of previous monthly bills. If you have not paid a past bill, it is automatically added to your current bill. Your current bill also includes a summary of up to one year of past billing and payment history.
If you need an older bill beyond what appears on your current statement, GEPCO requires you to contact their office or use their official services. We explain this process clearly so users do not waste time looking for downloads that do not exist.
Power Smart App and Official Services
The Government of Pakistan operates the Power Smart mobile app for electricity services. Through that app, users can check bills, submit meter readings, register complaints, request duplicate bills, manage installments, update CNIC and ownership information, and apply for new connections.
Our site explains how this app works and how to use it for GEPCO and other distribution companies. We do not replace or replicate those services.
Independence and Transparency
This website is an independent informational platform. It is not owned by GEPCO, WAPDA, PITC, or any government authority.
We use official sources for accuracy and always direct users to official portals when real account access is required. This separation is intentional. It protects users and keeps information reliable.
Why This Site Exists
Most people search for their electricity bill when they are worried. A bill is late, a payment is missing, or an amount looks too high. In that moment, people need fast, clear answers.
This website is built for that moment. Every page is designed to reduce friction and point users to the correct next step without misleading them.
